Background
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) of the State of California is seeking bids for Equipment Rental Services to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment on an as-needed basis for various projects within a 100-mile radius of the Sacramento Maintenance Yard, located at 1450 Riverbank Road, West Sacramento, CA. This contract aims to ensure that DWR has timely access to the required equipment to fulfill its mission effectively.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide Equipment Rental Services, which include but are not limited to:

- Supplying various types of heavy machinery and equipment as specified in Attachment I (Bid Sheet).
- Ensuring that at least 75% of the listed equipment is available in the contractor's on-site inventory.
- All equipment must comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations.
- The contractor must manage logistics for delivery and pick-up of equipment within the specified radius.
- The contractor must possess a valid business license and provide references from previous clients in the equipment rental sector.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three years, starting from March 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations under the jurisdiction of the Sacramento Maintenance Yard, with delivery capabilities extending up to 100 miles from 1450 Riverbank Road, West Sacramento, CA.
