IFB 10202554 - Chiller Maintenance Service

Background
The State of California, through the California Natural Resources Agency and the Department of Water Resources (DWR), is seeking bids for Chiller Maintenance Service under Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 10202554.

The DWR's mission includes managing California's water resources, and this contract aims to ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of critical chiller equipment used in their operations. The anticipated term of this agreement is three years, starting from February 1, 2025.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide labor, supplies, materials, transportation, and travel necessary to perform:
1. Semi-Annual Maintenance for One (1) YORK Chiller and Two (2) Carrier Chillers.
2. Annual Maintenance for One (1) YORK Chiller and Two (2) Carrier Chillers.
3. Incidental Repairs as needed.
4. 24-Hour Emergency Repair services for the chillers.

The contractor must possess a valid 'C-20' Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Specialty License or a 'B' license with a qualified subcontractor holding the required specialty license. Technicians must have a minimum of five years' experience in maintaining and repairing similar equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years, commencing on February 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Department of Water Resources Oroville Field Division located at 460 Glen Drive, Oroville, California 95966.
