HVAC Repair - Azusa Readiness Center

Background
The California Military Department (CMD) is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC repair services at the Azusa Readiness Center. The work includes chiller maintenance, replacement of components, and boiler shutdown maintenance, adhering to California Building Codes and Cal OHSA worker safety requirements. The Contract Manager for this project is Mr. Carollo, George, and the Assistant CM is LTC Flores, Francisco.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary for the HVAC repair at the Azusa Readiness Center. The work includes chiller maintenance, replacement of components with OEM parts, compressor oil analysis, leak test, refrigerant and oil recovery, disposal of old refrigerant and oil per EPA standards, teardown/overhaul of chiller system hardware and components, and replacement of associated equipment items on the Rite Boiler and American Combustion Technologies SLE Burner. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for water treatment inspection and preventative maintenance for both the Chilled Water System Loop (CWS) and Hot water System loop (HWS). The contractor must also provide temporary HVAC for the drill hall at the Azusa Readiness Center.

The contract will be performed at Azusa Readiness Center located at 1351 Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, California.
