HVAC Repair - Azusa Readiness Center

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the HVAC Repair - Azusa Readiness Center located at Azusa Readiness Center, 1351 Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, California. Work to include: The contractor is tasked with providing labor, materials, and rigging to carry out various tasks including chiller maintenance, replacement of components, and boiler shutdown maintenance, adhering to California Building Codes and Cal OHSA worker safety requirements, and ensuring careful demolition activities, with all work to be warranted by the contractor. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 3/12/2024, at 2:00 PM at Azusa Readiness Center, 1351 Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, California. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Carollo, George at George.Carollo@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor License and/or C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $180,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Mr. Carollo, George, at George.Carollo@cmd.ca.gov and LTC Flores, Francisco at Francisco.Flores@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 3/19/2024. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
