Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for HVAC Maintenance Services at the CHP Mariposa Area Office. Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services as outlined in Exhibit A. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Specific tasks may include filter replacements, system cleaning, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs as needed. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on October 1, 2025, and will run through September 30, 2028. The term may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP Mariposa Area Office located at 5264 Highway 49 North, Mariposa, CA 95338.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C20 license for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning. They must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in accordance with California Labor Code Sections 1770 and 1773. Additionally, bidders must certify compliance with all terms outlined in the IFB and demonstrate good standing if they are corporations. Proof of liability insurance meeting specified requirements must be provided before contract execution.
