HVAC Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing Services - Camp Roberts, CA

Background
The State of California Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for HVAC Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing Services at Camp Roberts, located at Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451.

The mission of the agency is to maintain operational readiness and ensure the health and safety of personnel by providing clean and sanitized HVAC systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure comprehensive cleaning services for all HVAC equipment, exhaust systems, and associated ductwork.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning services for all HVAC equipment, exhaust systems, and associated ductwork.

This includes providing all necessary tools and supervision to complete the work in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this IFB. The contractor must be a certified member of NADCA with at least three years of experience in HVAC duct cleaning.

Period of Performance
The contractor will be allowed 45 calendar days to complete the project.

The start date will be established by a Job Start Meeting within 7 days after receipt of the fully executed contract and issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451.

Bidder Requirements
The prime contractor must possess a type C-61/D-64 Limited Specialty license or subcontract to one.

All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk on May 7, 2025. Bidders must also comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and provide proof of insurance against liability for workers’ compensation as per Labor Code Section 3700.
