HVAC and Roof Repair

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform HVAC and Roof Repair at the Mather Readiness Center, 10616 Superfortress Drive, Mather, CA 95655. Work to include, to remove and replace existing AC units and remove and replace existing SBS roofing system. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 33890 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 1/29/2025, at 11:00 AM at Mather Readiness Center, 10616 Superfortress Drive, Mather, CA 95655. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the prebid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license / C-20 Warm-Air Heating and Air-Conditioning, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 2/5/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33890. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 2/19/2025 at 2:00 PM.
