Background
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking input from interested parties on available Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solutions. The goal is to replace outdated processes and systems with a comprehensive human resources and financial management solution that enhances the management of team member information, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, timekeeping, position control, cost allocation, and data exchange.
Work Details
Respondents are invited to provide nonbinding budgetary pricing information for HCM technology solutions that meet DHCS's needs. The RFI seeks solutions that can improve various HR functions including but not limited to: management of team member information, hiring processes, onboarding and offboarding procedures, reporting capabilities, timekeeping systems, position control mechanisms, cost allocation strategies, and data exchange functionalities.
