- Quarterly per Hospital Subscription Access
- Hospital Onboarding Fees
- Compliance with CDC requirements for data collection and reporting
- Integration with Electronic Health Records (EHR)/Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Continuous data collection in 15-minute increments
- Secure access protocols including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Help desk support for users, webinars for stakeholders, and timely onboarding processes.
Period of Performance
The contract term is three years with options for two additional one-year extensions.

Bidder Requirements

- Submission of Seller’s Permit number and Secretary of State certification if applicable.
- Compliance with California Civil Rights Laws.
