Homeless Services (ESG SUBRECIPIENTS)

Requested Work:
The County of Fresno is seeking qualified organizations to provide homeless services as part of master agreement(s) with priority given to non-entitlement areas within Fresno and Madera Counties. The services requested include:

• Emergency Shelter
• Street Outreach
• Rapid Rehousing

Organizations may apply to deliver one or more of these services.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the County of Fresno on behalf of the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC).

Background:
The County of Fresno, in partnership with the FMCoC, is working to address homelessness by engaging qualified organizations to provide critical services in areas that do not receive direct federal entitlement funding.

Contract Requirements:
Applicants must be qualified organizations capable of delivering one or more of the eligible activities: Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, and Rapid Rehousing. Services should prioritize non-entitlement areas within Fresno and Madera Counties.

Submission Instructions:
Interested organizations should submit their qualifications in response to Opportunity ID: E-RFSQ #26-058. Respondents may choose to apply for one or multiple service areas.
