Hollywood Recreation Center Phase Ii Modern Gym

Background
The Hollywood Recreation Center Phase II project is initiated by the City of Los Angeles (CLA) with the goal of modernizing the existing recreation facilities. The project aims to enhance community recreational services by constructing a new gym and office building, along with upgrading outdoor play areas.

Work Details
1. Demolish the existing gym/rec. building.
2. Construct a new 15,912 square foot Gym/Office Building.
3. Replace outdoor playground equipment and basketball courts.
4. Install new exercise station, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, security light poles, and surface parking stalls.
5. Install an infiltration system for Best Management Practices (BMP).

Period of Performance
