Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon acceptance of the quotation by the Purchasing Agent and will remain in effect until all items are delivered and accepted by the City or until March 31, 2027, whichever comes first.
Place of Performance
The delivery location for the items will be specified upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) but is estimated to be at a City facility located at Playa Del Rey, CA.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with various certifications including but not limited to: Equal Benefits Ordinance Affidavit for contracts valued at $5,000 or more; Non-Discrimination/Equal Employment Practices Affidavit; and must be registered on the Los Angeles Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP).
Additionally, bidders should provide proof of certification as a Small Local Business (SLB) if applicable.
