Background
The City of San Bernardino, through its Public Works Department, is inviting sealed bids for the Guadalupe Field at Sal Saavedra Park Revitalization project. The project involves the removal and/or replacement of park concrete, turf, parking lot, irrigation, poles, baseball field features, concession stand, and restroom features.
Work Details
The work to be done consists of demolition and removal of existing park and field features, general site and accessibility improvements. The project also includes a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for Monday, May 13, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at 780 Roberds Ave N, San Bernardino, CA 92411.
Period of Performance
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 21, 2024. The contract will be valid for a period of 120 calendar days after the Bid opening date.
