The California Secretary of State (SOS) is soliciting for the Gold Rush Grille, referred to as the 'Grille', to provide Preventative Restaurant Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all restaurant equipment is maintained in optimal working condition, supporting the operational needs of the Grille.
Work Details
The contractor will provide preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services for various restaurant equipment, including refrigeration units, ranges, griddles, ovens, char-broilers, fryers, and choppers. Specific tasks include:
1. **Preventative Maintenance Services**: Conducted bi-monthly and includes cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, motors, fan covers, condensate pans, and drain lines; checking for Freon leaks; ensuring proper operation of pressure controls and fan motors; and inspecting door seals.
2. **Repair Services**: Routine repairs during business hours with a guaranteed response time of one business day for troubleshooting. Emergency repairs must be available 24/7 with a four-hour response time.
3. **Equipment Checks**: For ranges and ovens, tasks include cleaning pilots and burners, checking door hinges and seals, calibrating thermostats, and inspecting electrical connections. For fryers, calibration of thermostats and inspection for leaks are required.
