Grease Interceptor Services, Rancho Cordova, CA

Background
The State of California Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Grease Interceptor Services at the Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC) located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services to maintain grease interceptors at the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This contract is intended to support the operational needs of the Military Department over a three-year period.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform Grease Interceptor Services at the CHQC. This includes but is not limited to: regular maintenance and cleaning of grease interceptors, inspection and reporting on their condition, and any necessary repairs or replacements as outlined in the technical specifications provided in Section 4 of the IFB.

The contractor must ensure that all services are performed in accordance with acceptable trade practices and comply with all relevant regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a term of three (3) years, estimated to begin on or around May 2025 and continue through May 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC), located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.

Bidder Requirements
Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory job walk on April 21, 2025, at 11:30 AM PST. Bidders must be licensed by the State of California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) to perform the services identified in the Technical Specifications.

All subcontractors must also be licensed by CSLB for their respective trades. Bidders wishing to claim Small Business Preference must be certified by the Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise prior to bid opening.
