Glendale High Recycled Water Booster Pump and Motor No. 2 Repair Project

Background
The Glendale High Recycled Water Booster Pump and Motor No. 2 Repair Project is issued by the City of Glendale, specifically the Glendale Water and Power (GWP) department. The project aims to repair and refurbish Booster Pump No. 2 at the Glendale High Recycled Water Booster Pump Station, ensuring compliance with current Cal/OSHA standards.

Work Details
The work includes furnishing, installing, repairing, and refurbishing select components of Booster Pump No. 2. This project is classified as a repair where certain pump components will be rebuilt rather than fully replaced. The motor will be tuned and serviced based on diagnostic findings. Period of Performance
The work must be completed within fifty (50) working days from the Date of Commencement as established by the City’s written Notice to Proceed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a State of California Contractor’s License: C-61/D21 for Limited Specialty Classification in Machinery and Pumps Contractor. They must have satisfactorily completed at least three prevailing wage public contracts in California comparable in scope and scale to this project within five years prior to the bid deadline. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) prior to bidding.
