GIS Developer for Senate Bill 79 Data Modeling Project

The Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) is seeking a qualified Geographic Information System (GIS) Developer contractor on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor must demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in GIS software and spatial database development, including the use of PostgreSQL and PostGIS, or equivalent. The contractor must also possess strong knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python and R to support data modeling, analysis, and workflow automation.
This Task Order Solicitation (TOS) is only for pre-qualified on-call contractors from the 2022 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on Contract Programming (RAMPLA ID #204576).
