Description

The work shall consist of removing, disposing, and replacing the existing (1,800,000 sq. ft.) membrane liner and floating cover system, reinforcing the outlet tower, demolishing a portion of the existing 51-inch diameter pipe and corresponding outlet structure, constructing a new 51-inch diameter pipe and outlet structure, installing new electrical duct banks and various electrical upgrades, replacing mechanical equipment and instrumentation and controls, cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) piles, asphalt paving, site restoration, fabricating and installing slide gates, abatement of materials containing asbestos and lead, and other appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.
