Furnish And Deliver Sodium Hypochlorite

Background
The Long Beach Utilities Department is inviting bids to furnish and deliver SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE (5.25% solution) to the Long Beach Utilities Department (LBUD). The contract period will be for a period of one year from the date of the award. The award will be based on the unit prices given; along with meeting the specification requirements stated herein. LBUD reserves the right to purchase different quantities at the proposed prices depending on actual needs.

Work Details
The sodium hypochlorite is to be delivered FOB: J. Will Johnson Reservoir, 2200 University Drive, Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220. The price quote shall be the firm Contract price for all items ordered, including cost of delivery and ALL other associated fees to deliver the items to the LBUD facility or facilities identified under DELIVERY Section. Other costs NOT listed in the price quote may not be added at the time of invoicing.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be for a period of one year from the date of the award.
