Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of Privacy Booths to be delivered to Corcoran State Prison. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary facilities that meet specific design criteria and safety standards for incarcerated persons, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and laws.

Work Details
The contractor will provide four (4) Free Standing, Single Occupancy Privacy Booths (Non-ADA) as per the attached specifications. Each booth must include:

- Acoustical Walls/Roof/Ceiling with detailed component descriptions
- Flooring components
- Door/Hardware/Latch/Glazing with dimensions and orientation options
- Stool and additional booth steel backing plate for future desk installation
- Casters/Leveling Feet/Seismic Restraints
- Lighting and Exhaust Fan/Venting
- Welding, Fasteners, Finishes/Paint, Electrical, Telecommunications/Mounts
- Compliance with HMMA Standards.

A 10-year minimum warranty per booth is required. Additionally, complete submittals including isometric or 3D images of the proposed product must accompany the bid.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and continue until all products are delivered and accepted by CDCR. The due date for responses is set for April 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the Privacy Booths is Corcoran State Prison, located at 4001 King Ave., Corcoran, CA 93212.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with California's small business regulations and may claim a preference if they qualify as a California certified small business or if they include at least 25% participation from certified small businesses in their bid. Bidders must also submit a completed Bidder Declaration Form GSPD-05-105 along with their bid response. All equipment provided must be new and latest models in current production; used or discontinued models are not acceptable.
