Background
The City of Glendale is soliciting quotes for the procurement of four (4) Autel EV chargers as part of their initiative to enhance electric vehicle infrastructure. This procurement aims to support the city's commitment to sustainability and the adoption of electric vehicles, particularly for municipal use. The chargers will be installed at the Glendale Public Works Yard, where various electric vehicles are domiciled.

The contract involves supplying four (4) Autel EV chargers, specifically:
1 unit of Autel MaxiCharger DC Compact Dual-Port Charging Station
and 3 units of Autel MaxiCharger AC Pro. The specifications for the chargers include:

Period of Performance
The contract period will extend until September 2, 2025. All quotations must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids portal.

Place of Performance
The installation location for the chargers will be at the Glendale Public Works Yard located at 541 W. Chevy Chase Dr, Glendale, CA 91204.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized dealers of Autel products and are required to submit their quotes using the attached form only via the PlanetBids system. The quote must remain valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the bid closing date. Vendors are prohibited from submitting more than one bid/quote in response to this request.
