Formal 2510027 Canoga Park Senior High School Roofing Project

Background
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is issuing this solicitation for the roofing project at Canoga Park Senior High School, located at 6850 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Canoga Park, CA 91303.

The goal of this contract is to provide roofing services to ensure the integrity and safety of the school facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the roofing project. This includes but is not limited to:
- Removal of existing roofing materials
- Installation of new roofing systems
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Coordinating with necessary subcontractors.

The contractor must hold a valid CSLB license as a B – General Building Contractor or C-39 Roofing Contractor. Additionally, any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing subcontractors involved must meet prequalification requirements set by the OWNER.
