2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA);
3) Comply with applicable codes including the California Building Code & Title 24;
4) Be located close to public transportation;
5) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.

Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance.

The location for the required flex warehouse/shop space is in the City of Victorville, San Bernardino County, California. The property should be within less than five miles of I-15 and Palmdale Rd.
