Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Data and Technology Division (DTD) is seeking to implement a new cloud-based fleet tracking system that will replace the existing Vehicle Tracking System (VTS). Work Details
The purpose of this engagement is to obtain expert resources with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work described below: Implement an integrated commercial off the shelf (COTS) software as a service (SaaS) fleet tracking system that will replace the existing VTS. The solution will be a cloud-based solution hosted by the software vendor. The solution will fulfill functional and non-functional requirements captured in the provided requirements document (Exhibit B).
Integration testing for the identified solution, data migration, production deployment, user training, go-live support for the identified solution, produce project related artifacts as required by the project deliverables, provide project management support for the duration of the project.
All work shall be completed in collaboration with CDFW staff.
Period of Performance
The term of any agreement resulting from this solicitation will be for five (5) years. The duration of the initial software licensing and IT implementation portion of the contract shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
