Background

Services will be performed at various County facilities within Los Angeles County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a complete bid including all required documentation as outlined in Appendix A - Purchasing Required Forms. This includes forms such as the Declaration, Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit, Proposer’s Certification of Compliance, Request for Preference Consideration, Commercially Useful Function Certification Form, Community Business Enterprise (CBE) Information in Excel format, and Prevailing Wage documentation.

Bidders must also comply with California Labor Code provisions regarding prevailing wages.
