Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking to procure Trophy Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) for its Region 3 Fishing in the City program. The goal of this contract is to enhance local fishing opportunities by stocking designated water bodies with live fish during the Fall 2024 through Spring 2025 period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a total of 7,150 pounds of live Trophy Rainbow Trout, with specific delivery quantities and locations as follows:

1. 900 pounds to Lafayette Reservoir, Contra Costa County, California by December 13, 2024.
2. 1000 pounds to Bon Tempe Lake, Marin County, California by December 13, 2024.
3. 250 pounds to Lake Merced North, San Francisco County, California by February 28, 2025.
4. 250 pounds to Lake Merced South, San Francisco County, California by February 28, 2025.
5. 800 pounds to Sandy Wool Reservoir, Santa Clara County, California by February 28, 2025.
6. 500 pounds to Lake Chabot - Vallejo, Solano County, California by February 28, 2025.
7. Additional deliveries include various amounts to Lakeshore Park (500 lbs), Lake Temescal (400 lbs), Hidden Valley (250 lbs), and others totaling up to the specified weight across multiple locations in Alameda and Santa Clara counties by April 18, 2025.

All fish must meet specific health and size criteria: each fish should weigh approximately two pounds with allowances for slight variations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed from August 1, 2024 until April 18, 2025 with multiple delivery dates scheduled throughout this period.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will occur at various lakes across Marin, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, Solano and Santa Clara counties in California.
