- Drive approaches
- Paving for parking areas
- Trash enclosure
- Site walls and fences
- Gates
- Flagpole installation
- Monument sign placement
- Parking light standards installation
- Transformer setup
- Emergency generator provision
- Hose drying rack installation
- Propane tank setup
- Sand-oil interceptor installation
- Fire hydrants placement
- Underground utilities installation and landscaping on a 3.5-acre lot.

The contract work is scheduled to begin following the bid date of May 8, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Subcontractors must comply with SB 854 requirements and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Erickson-Hall Construction reserves the right to waive this bonding requirement or allow alternate guarantees.
