The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Fire Alarm Installation - Okinawa FMS located at Sacramento Okinawa FMS, 8410 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, CA 95828. Work to include: The Contractor shall install a complete new surface mounted fire alarm system with all necessary components and peripherals. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 32428 - DO NOT OPEN . Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/22/2024, at 10:00 AM at Sacramento Okinawa FMS, 8410 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, CA 95828. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the prebid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 Electrical Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 8/29/2024. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 32428 .
