The City of La Mesa is seeking proposals from qualified professional companies to provide Financial Advisor Services. The goal of this contract is to establish a Debt Financing Team that will assist the City with the issuance and refunding of bonds. This team will include a Financial Advisor, Bond Counsel, and Underwriter. The contract may have terms up to 10 years, subject to review after four years.
Work Details
The selected Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advisory services related to debt financing, including but not limited to:
