Background
The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Homeland Security & Emergency Management (HSEM) Branch, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant – Local and Tribal (SL) Program. The purpose of this program is to assist local governments, including school districts and special districts, as well as federally recognized tribes in addressing cybersecurity risks and threats to their information systems.

Work Details

All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) registered with SAM.gov and must not have an exclusion record in SAM. Proposals must be submitted via email by March 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.
