Background
The City and County of San Francisco, through the Recreation and Park Department, is issuing a solicitation for the installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers as part of a Micro Local Business Enterprise (Micro-LBE) Set-Aside project. The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure for electric vehicles in San Francisco, aligning with the city's sustainability initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing a total of 25 EV chargers across various locations in San Francisco. The specifications include:

1. **EV Charger Specification**: PowerFlex LiteOn SC 48 or approved equal with the following features:
- 48 Amps
- Level 2 charger with 6.6kW or higher
- Data reporting capabilities for regulatory requirements.

2. **Installation Locations**:
- **McLaren Park**: Install 1 wall-mounted single feed charger from existing service.
- **Louis Sutter**: Install 3 wall-mounted single feed chargers from existing service.
- **Civic Center**: Install 6 wall-mounted single feed chargers in the underground parking garage.
- **Balboa Park Boxer Stadium**: Install 3 wall-mounted single feed chargers and 2 pedestal-mounted dual feed units from existing service.
- **Crocker Amazon**: Install 3 wall-mounted single feed chargers from existing service.
- **Margaret Hayward**: Install 2 wall-mounted single feed chargers from existing service.

3. **General Requirements**:
- Obtain all necessary permits and inspections.
- Implement dust control measures during construction.
- Ensure compliance with waste recovery reporting via Green Halo systems.

Period of Performance
The project must be completed before January 6, 2026, with a total contract time of 120 calendar days for Substantial Completion and an additional 30 days for Final Completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations throughout San Francisco, CA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be CMD Certified Micro-LBE in a certification category that corresponds with contractor licensing requirements (A, B, or C-10). All contractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and comply with prevailing wage laws. Additionally, bidders must submit a Qualifications Statement/References detailing their experience.
