EXT MTA | Vacuum Street Sweeper

Background
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a Compact Diesel Vacuum Street Sweeper. This procurement is part of SFMTA's efforts to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in urban transportation environments. The agency aims to award a Purchase Order to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications and submits the Lowest Responsive Bid.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of one (1) Compact Diesel Vacuum Street Sweeper as specified in the Bid Sheet (Attachment D). Bidders must comply with SFMTA’s Purchase Order Terms (Attachment A) and provide warranty and lead time for goods. Detailed specifications for the vacuum street sweeper are outlined in Equipment Specifications (Attachment C). Bids must include completed documentation as per Minimum Qualifications, including:

1) Completed Attachment B: Bidder’s Questionnaire and References;
2) Completed Attachment C: Equipment Specifications;
3) Completed Attachment D: Bid Sheet;
4) Completed Attachment F: Attestation of Compliance on Communications Prior to Purchase Order Award;
5) Completed Attachment G: Certification of Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters;
6) Completed Attachment H: Certification Regarding Lobbying.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeline defined by the delivery schedule agreed upon in the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
The vacuum street sweeper will be delivered to a location specified in the Purchase Order issued by SFMTA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet each Minimum Qualification listed in Section V of the IFB. They are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on April 9, 2026. Bidders must also comply with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements, which may include providing documentation that demonstrates compliance with local business regulations.
