EXT MTA | Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Bike Racks

Background
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2026-31-LOC to procure Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Bicycle Racks.

Work Details
The SFMTA seeks qualified suppliers to provide 1,100 Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Bicycle Racks as specified in the Bid Sheet (Attachment D).

The racks must comply with the SFMTA’s Purchase Order Terms (Attachment A). Bidders are required to provide warranty and lead time details as outlined in the Product Data Specification (Attachment C). Substitute or alternative items will not be accepted.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by January 28, 2026, when bids are due.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the bicycle racks will be specified in the Purchase Order issued by the City.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet Minimum Qualifications as outlined in Section V of the IFB, including submission of completed Attachments B (Bidder’s Questionnaire), C (Product Data Specification), D (Bid Sheet), F (Attestation of Compliance on Communications Prior to Purchase Order Award), G (Certification of Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters), and H (Certification Regarding Lobbying) by the Bid Due Date.
