EXT MTA | Ford Non-Revenue Truck Vehicles

Background
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2025-63-LOC to procure specific non-revenue truck vehicles. The goal is to enhance the agency's operational capabilities by acquiring vehicles that meet defined specifications, thereby supporting its mission to provide safe and reliable transportation services in San Francisco.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of the following vehicles:

1. Three (3) Ford F-250 Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) Extended Cab Pickup Trucks with an 8-foot Bed and Auxiliary Equipment, each with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,000 pounds.

2. Five (5) Ford F-550 Regular Cab and Chassis Trucks with Utility Body and Overhead Work Platform, each with a GVWR of 19,000 pounds.

3. One (1) Ford F-600 Regular Cab Chassis Truck with Utility Body and a 7,200 pounds Lifting Capacity Articulating Crane, with a GVWR of 22,000 pounds.

Period of Performance
The period for performance will commence upon award of the contract and is expected to be completed by April 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the vehicles is specified as 1849 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet minimum qualifications including:

1. Completed Attachment B: Bidder’s Questionnaire and References due by Bid Due Date.

2. Completed Attachment C: Bid Sheet due by Bid Due Date.

3. Completed Equipment Specifications Attachments D-1, D-2, and D-3 due by Bid Due Date.

4. Compliance with the First Source Hiring Program as outlined in Attachment A.

5. Certification of Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters must be submitted by Bid Due Date.
