BID DUE DATE: 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 2. VOLUNTARY, VIRTUAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Scheduled for Monday, 1/27/2025 at 11:00am. REQUESTED TRADE(S): All Trades except the following that have already bid out: Shoring, Ground Improvements, Structural Concrete, Exterior Building Maintenance, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Photovoltaics, & Tower Crane 5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A CAHILL JOB. This project is new construction of a 92-unit, 105,000-gsf, 8-story Type I, affordable family housing development. Construction includes the demolition of an existing one-story parking garage. The building will include common areas and amenity spaces at the first floor. 6. OWNER/DEVELOPER: MidPen Housing / Tishman Speyer 7. ARCHITECT: David Baker Architects 8. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Begin construction 4/29/25. Duration is 21.5 months. 9.
