Background
The Department of Public Health (City) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a Prequalified Pool (PQP) of Proposers for As-Needed Technical Assistance and Consulting Services for the San Francisco Health Network (SFHN), Behavioral Health Services (BHS), and Population Health Division (PHD).
The goal is to enhance public health initiatives through expert assistance in various domains.
Work Details
The City will create four PQPs, one for each of the following service categories:
1. **Public Health Grant and Research Development**: Identifying funding opportunities, applying for grants, and consulting on research projects related to behavioral health, community health programs, sexual health, and chronic disease prevention.
2. **Public Health Organizational Development, Technical Assistance and Training**: Developing training materials, leading trainings, acting as subject matter experts, and providing technical assistance to public health workers.

4. **Public Health Program Implementation and Project Management**: Planning, implementing, and managing public health projects such as disease outbreak control, vaccination campaigns, chronic disease prevention initiatives, and health education programs.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 14, 2025, to March 5, 2025.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within San Francisco County.
