Background
Mission Bay 4 East Associates, L.P., including Curtis Development and Bayview Senior Services, has been selected by the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII) to develop affordable housing at Mission Bay South Block 4 East in San Francisco.
The project aims to create approximately 400 residential apartments across two phases, with associated amenities and community-serving commercial space. The first phase will consist of a 13-16 story building with 165 family units, while the second phase will be a 23-story building with 235 family units. The project is designed to meet the City and County of San Francisco's Mayor’s Office of Housing & Community Development guidelines for affordability.
