EXT AIR | Two International Food & Beverage Leases

Background
The Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for two food and beverage leases at the International Terminal of San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
This initiative aims to enhance the airport's concession offerings, reflecting local flavors and providing quality services to travelers.
The leases are designated as Small Business Set-Asides, encouraging participation from small businesses, particularly those certified as Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs).

Work Details
The RFP includes two leases: Lease A and Lease B.
- **Lease A**: Approximately 889 square feet, located pre-security in Food Court A on the departures level of the International Terminal (designated space I.3.018).
- **Lease B**: Approximately 660 square feet, located pre-security in Food Court G on the departures level of the International Terminal (designated space I.3.058A-D).
Both leases will allow for the non-exclusive sale of food and beverages for immediate consumption.
The successful proposer must operate in strict conformity with permitted use requirements outlined in the lease agreement.
The base term for each lease is three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years at the discretion of the Airport Commission.
The Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) for Lease A is set at $30,000, with rent calculated as either the MAG or 4% of gross revenues, whichever is higher.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base term of three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
The estimated concession award date is November 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), specifically within the International Terminal.
