EXT AIR | RFP 50443 SFO Lenel OnGuard Access Ctrl

Background
The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide integration, maintenance, and support services for the Airport’s Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS).
The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective operation of the ACS, which controls access to secure areas of the airport and tracks traffic through secure doors.
The system consists of approximately 350 Intelligent System Controllers and 3,800 card readers, operating on a virtualized server environment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide integration, maintenance, and support services for the Lenel OnGuard Access Control System. This includes:
- Ensuring maximum performance of the ACS systems and compliance with contract requirements.
- Providing certified personnel who are experts in Lenel OnGuard products.
- Delivering necessary support services to maintain operational integrity across the SFO campus.
- The contractor must be a Valued Added Reseller (VAR) of Lenel products.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a duration of 5 years, commencing upon acceptance of the Licensed Software.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), California.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must be a Certified Lenel OnGuard Expert and a Valued Added Reseller (VAR) that sells, implements, and services Lenel products.
The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting participation requirement has been waived.
