Description

Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), specifically the Director's Office of Equity, Sustainability & Tribal Affairs (ESTA), is seeking a contractor to evaluate the effects of induced travel on High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes, High-Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes, and fully tolled lanes.

Work Details
The contractor will lead a research team tasked with:

Period of Performance
