Environmental/CEQA/NEPA Consulting Services

The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals for Environmental/CEQA/NEPA Consulting Services. The work of the contract involves providing planning and environmental consulting services, specifically the preparation of initial studies and environmental documents. Services may be required for a range of project types, including private development projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Additional tasks may include supporting the implementation of programs under the Housing Element, conducting focused updates to the General Plan and Coastal Land Use Plan, amending zoning ordinances in both Coastal Zone and Inland areas, preparing and peer reviewing environmental studies, and evaluating projects in support of the City of Oxnard's Community Development Department, Housing Department, Public Works Department, or other City Departments as authorized by the Community Development Director. The City of Oxnard is the entity requesting these services. The contract is intended to support the City's ongoing need for qualified environmental consulting firms with extensive experience in CEQA and NEPA compliance and document preparation.
