Envelope Printing Service

Background
The County of San Bernardino Purchasing Department is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide envelope printing services. This contract aims to support the various departments within the County by ensuring a reliable supply of printed envelopes for their operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide envelope printing services, which include the production of various types of envelopes as specified in the pricing schedule. The County requires over three hundred different department addresses, and all envelopes must be made from recycled content. The pricing must be provided per 1,000 envelopes.

Specific envelope types include:
- Group #1: White Stock in Black Ink (e.g., 24 lbs #8-5/8, 24 lbs #9, 24 lbs #10)
- Group #2: Special Envelope Sizes in Black Ink (e.g., Tax Envelope, Child Support Warrants)
- Group #3: Special Color Envelopes in Black Ink with printing on both front and back.

Delivery terms require that all products be delivered FOB to the County's designated locations within fourteen days after receipt of a purchase order.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue based on the County's needs and performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within San Bernardino County, California, as specified in individual purchase orders.
