Emergency Operations Center Capacity Building and Planning Project

The County of Butte is requesting a qualified firm or respondent to enhance the operational effectiveness and resilience of the County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) by implementing targeted capacity building and strategic planning initiatives. This work is to be performed for the Butte County Administration Department, specifically within Emergency Management. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the EOC's ability to respond to emergencies through improved planning and increased operational capacity. The solicitation is identified as RFP #03-26.
