The City of Lake Forest, located in southern Orange County, California, is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants to develop and implement a comprehensive Emergency Management Training and Exercise Program. 5. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Functional Exercise: 1 session annually testing knowledge of CERT volunteers.
