Emergency Generator Maintenance Services for Buildings #801, #850, and #860

Background
The Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) of the State of California is seeking bids for emergency generator maintenance services for three state buildings located in San Diego.

The purpose of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of emergency generators at these facilities, which are critical for maintaining operations during power outages. The contract will include preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and technical support services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for Emergency Generator Maintenance services at the following locations:
- San Diego State Building (#801)
- Mission Valley (Bond) (#850)
- Wadie P. Deddeh State Building (#860).

The specific services to be provided include:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Inspection and Testing
- Repair
- Technical Support Services.

The contractor must perform these services in compliance with California Code of Regulations and ensure that all technicians are trained and certified by Caterpillar or Spectrum. The contractor is also responsible for supplying miscellaneous materials incidental to service without additional charge to the State.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term for this agreement is 36 months from the date of contract execution.

The services will be performed at three locations in San Diego, California:

- 7575 Metropolitan Dr. (Mission Valley Bond #850)
