El Sereno - Added Sites

Background
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is initiating a Request for Proposal (RFP) to enhance the Building El Sereno Sustainable Futures Projects.
This initiative aims to develop and rehabilitate various residential sites to support sustainable living in the community.

Work Details
The RFP HA-2024-122-NF-FTR includes the following specific projects:
1) Construction of a new triplex at 5471 Keats Street;
2) Rehabilitation of an eight-unit bungalow at 4215-4221.5 Maycrest Avenue;
3) Rehabilitation of a single-family home and construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and Junior ADU at 5462 Almont Street;
4) Rehabilitation of a single-family home and construction of an ADU at 3223 Sheffield Avenue.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will commence following the posting date of November 25, 2024.

Place of Performance
The projects will be performed at four specific locations in Los Angeles:
5471 Keats Street,
4215-4221.5 Maycrest Avenue,
5462 Almont Street, and
3223 Sheffield Avenue.
