DNN Website Conversion

Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Data and Technology Division (DTD) is seeking to contract with a vendor experienced in DNN website conversions. The goal is to convert five websites currently using DNN Evoq Basic to the open-source DNN Platform version. This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and functionality of CDFW's online presence, serving as a primary gateway for California citizens to access information and services provided by CDFW.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Assessing the current DNN websites and developing a detailed conversion plan.

2. Converting five websites from DNN Evoq Basic to the DNN Platform version, ensuring all instances of the Evoq 'HTML Pro' module are replaced with the Mandeeps 'Live HTML' module. The websites include:
- wildlife.ca.gov
- fgc.ca.gov
- wcb.ca.gov
- iep.ca.gov
- calspillwatch.wildlife.ca.gov

3. Providing project management including planning, scheduling, testing, and execution while coordinating with CDFW staff throughout the project duration.

4. Conducting knowledge transfer sessions for CDFW staff on managing and supporting the new DNN Platform version post-conversion.

5. Troubleshooting any conversion or performance issues that arise during the project.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on December 2, 2024, and will last for approximately six months, concluding on May 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at the contractor's business location; however, coordination with CDFW staff will occur at CDFW's offices located at 1700 9th Street, Third Floor, Sacramento, CA.
