DJI Flycart 30 Drone and Related Accessories

Background
The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking bids for the procurement of a DJI Flycart 30 Drone and related accessories for the Port Police Division. The purpose of this contract is to enhance operational capabilities through advanced drone technology, aligning with the department's mission to ensure safety and security within the harbor area.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. DJI FlyCart 30 Drone (1 unit) - Features include a 4-axis propeller multi-rotor configuration, max payload of 40kg in single battery mode, maximum range of 16km, intelligent obstacle avoidance, dual radar & ADS-B signal receiver, built-in parachute system, IP-55 weather protection, and maximum wind-speed resistance of 12m/s.

2. DJI FlyCart 30 Winch System Kit (1 kit)
3. DJI DB2000 Intelligent Flight Battery (4 units)
4. DJI RC Plus FlyCart 30 Controller (1 unit)
5. DJI C8000 Intelligent Battery Station (1 unit)
6. DJI FlyCart 30 Propellers CW – Pair of 2 (4 sets)
7. DJI FlyCart 30 Propellers CCW – Pair of 2 (4 sets)
8. DJI FlyCart 30 AC Cable (1 unit)
9. Restube Rescue Case AP – Quantity: 2 kits with additional rearm kits
10. Estimated Shipping Charges (1 rate).

All prices must include delivery charges but exclude sales tax.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all items is expected within ten days after receipt of the order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Los Angeles Harbor Department, Port Police Division located at 330 S. Centre Street, San Pedro CA 90731.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide an approved Affirmative Action plan or certification prior to contract award. Additionally, bidders are required to submit proof of insurance as per the City’s insurance compliance platform, KwikComply, and must be registered on the Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP). Bidders should also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to non-discrimination and equal benefits policies.
