Background
The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is a regional wastewater treatment agency and wholesale distributor of imported water serving approximately 935,000 people in western San Bernardino County. The Agency is committed to safeguarding public health through investments in diverse water supply portfolios and reliable wastewater services.
This Request for Proposal (RFP-GD-25-006) seeks qualified vendors to provide and implement a digital signage solution to enhance communication within its facilities.
Work Details
The selected vendor will provide and implement a digital signage solution that includes:
1. Digital signage for conference rooms, building directory signs, and optional office space signage.
2. Real-time booking information display, room availability, scheduled meetings, and building navigation.
3. Integration with Microsoft 365 for seamless operation.
4. Installation of synchronized IP clocks in all eight conference rooms for accurate timekeeping.
5. Conducting an on-site assessment to evaluate installation locations and existing infrastructure.
6. Providing a detailed proposal with cost breakdowns for:
- Conference Room Digital Signage (mandatory)
- Building Directory Digital Signage (mandatory)
- Office Digital Signage (optional)
- IP Clocks and Synchronization Systems (mandatory)
7. Installation and configuration of the digital signage displays and IP clocks.
8. Comprehensive training for IT staff and end-users on system operation and management.
9. Ongoing support including maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting assistance.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed by December 4, 2025.
