Background
The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of a Port of Los Angeles Digital Twin. 6) Port Community System (PCS) Integration;
7) Capital Project Mapping;
8) Profit and Loss by Facility/Parcel;
9) Security Operations Dashboard Design;
10) Traffic Modeling.

Each capability includes specific requirements such as creating a high-resolution 3D mesh model, integrating critical datasets for safety improvements, digitizing workflows for efficiency, enabling financial analysis linked to geographic assets, implementing robust data management practices, and delivering measurable outcomes with defined KPIs.

Period of Performance
The duration of the agreement(s) awarded as a result of this RFP is expected to be three years from the date of execution.
